As most of us are aware, there are strict laws on gambling in California and throughout the United States. The only way to start and own a casino within California is to be on an Indian reservation and part of the tribe, otherwise the closest gambling is in Nevada. The reason this is an issue is it limits who can build a casino and since there arn't many casino's within the state, people have to travel farther in order to go have fun and gamble. Although people have no problem traveling from long distances to reach a casino, if that law were changed people would travel less and be able to get where they want faster.
