Rights
1. Search and arrest-The right of the
people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against
unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants
shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and
particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to
be seized.
2. No one shall be held in slavery or
servitude; slavery and the slave trade shall be prohibited in all their forms.
3. 3. No one shall be subjected to torture
or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.
4. 4. (1) Everyone charged with a penal
offence has the right to be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to
law in a public trial at which he has had all the guarantees necessary for his
defense.

Process of Passing Laws
Any laws
brought forward to the High Counsel will be taken into consideration. The High
Counsel reserves the right to create all laws and amend any laws. No laws shall
come into effect unless all high counsel members agree unanimously.
Election of officials
High counsel must fulfill the following requirements:
20 years old
Natural born
citizen
When there
is a vacancy the high counsel will chose unanimously the new successor
The group
can also unanimously kick a high counsel person out
Any gender
Any length
of term
High Counsel
unanimously choses 10 judges to rule on all cases except for appeals. Appeals
are decided by the high counsel. Choses judges are subject to the same elected
requirements as the high counsel.
