1. I think that everyone within the group did a great job, of course there was one person who decided to not do the midterm and failed to notify anyone within the group. I think our presentation went quite well. I would definitely rate my performance at a 5 out of 10, and give the rest of my group at least a 7 out of 10.
2. I agree with the rest of my group that the only person who I would want to leave the group has already left and is no longer coming to class. As far as people to add, I really like the chemistry within the group but it would be more engaging by bringing in another some-what opinionated person to add more ideas.

I'm sorry you had someone absent. Your group sounds like it's fairly decent on caring on whats important amongst yourselves. I very much agree with your rules, specifically the first. If people don't respect each others ideas, good ideas will become lost from either people being disrespectful, or even quiet people getting to scared because they know the won't get respect for their idea.
