Let me first say this. If our gov is considering killing its own citizens w/ drones the fire or drop missiles or bombs the legislation or process to making a decision has to be clearly well written and clear so that not only legislators can read it but its own citizens can read it and understand it.
I do believe, that if our government knows where the threat lives and has 75% confident that the threat is in a house or building at that time. Then the next step should be to send a tactical team or aggressor force to seize and capture that the suspect, threat, etc... Just like any other criminal who is holding someone hostage, off their meds, rocker and then process them through our judicial process. To drop a laser guided bomb or missile on a house in a neighborhood has bad baggage that no gov wants to own up. Not only the collateral damage of killing innocent people but no guarantee that you actually took your target out.
Either way... Its just to disconnected of a way to take out threats/ targets in our own country.

I agree here, and who's making the decision of when to use the drone? They aren't there in the middle of the action, like in the instance of a cop pulling out his gun, the cop is there in the middle of the action seeing everything that's going on right there and then.
I agree. They should have a better understanding before kill their own American blood. There needs to be something done before it gets out of hand.
I did my blog on the same question but I believe you made a few really good points. I completely agree with you on all of them. Especially the part when you stated "how will they know if they actually took their 'target' out." And they are not conscience or seeming to care about the many innocent people that can be taken out in the process.
the idea of attacking our citizens is troubling, and i agree (like Halie said) with the part where you stated "how will they know if they actually took their 'target' out", it's a crazy thing to think about the they don't possibly care about the lives that are being lost in the crossfires.
