I don't think the threat that North Korean sent the United States should be taken lightly, but there is no reason yet for us to march over there with guns blazing. By stating the goal of launching small nuclear missiles with America as the target is not the greatest move. I think the government should, and im sure they have already, place at least one maybe two nuclear warhead submarines near the South Korean peninsula as well as a Destroyer ship with surface to air missiles that can intercept. Although that can be considered a "highly aggressive" tactic I personally would prefer to be on the side who can block and just as quickly retaliate JUST IN CASE they get any crazy ideas.
The major flaw I see with any of this is the potential that one nuclear missile gets launched and the whole world will start launching them just to make sure they still stand. It is truly a chessmatch, and I hope that no one on the government level is taking it lightly.
