Not too sure how or what to do, but I found this article discussing the marriage policies the NFL has set concerning marriage, or in some way affects marriage by how players are hired/selected based on their sexual orientation. Though not directly concerning marriage, the policies would influence a players decision to announce their orientation and decision to marry if one was so inclined.

Part of the decision to use this example is after countless searches of marriage policies concerning marriage and sports or gaming, this recent activity dominated the results, so instead of fighting it, I went with it.
