Death
When is it okay for one person to end another's life?
Assisted suicide is only okay when a person is so hurt they can't help themselves.
Abortion is agreeable in some cases and should only be done in the beginning of a pregnancy.
The death penalty should apply to those who are in life for prison already and are no use to society.

Life:Who is to Decide?
When is it OK for one person to end another's life?
Assisted suicide is a very touchy and complicated subject. In general however, I do agree with making assisted suicide legal. Of course I do not want to open this up to anyone. People who are able to continue to live fulfilling lives and who are in fairly good health would not qualify. I believe there should be an extensive screening process in which one would be accepted to undergo the process.
Abortion, to many, is against everything they believe in. To others, it is everything they believe in. I believe everyone should have the ability to have one, though a part of me would like to see rules and guidelines limiting how late in the pregnancy it should not be allowed.
I also fully support the notion of the death penalty. Moods, feelings, and character are all contagious. When there is something that is detrimental to the success and well being of a group, then it shall be removed. The same goes for people who have done great harm to society and does not benefit it by being in existence. That being said, I only feel that people who intentionally kill people should be put to death. The trial shall be quick and only one appeal should be heard before being put to death.

Entire group view
On Assisted Suicide, our group and our nation will legalize it for proven terminally ill patient who have tried all other alternatives and the individual does not want to live anymore, then Assisted Suicide should be administered by a licensed physician.
On the issue of abortion, a female who choses to not have a child and its proven that its within the first trimester then Abortion will be legalized and performed without anyone being charged with a crime.
Finally, Death Penalty will be legal but only through the following steps:
If an individual has been convicted of a premeditated crime, they have only one appeal that they can make. If that individual cannot be found innocent, then they serve an additional year in prison to think about the crime they have committed.
When the individual is up for their final day, they have an option of either being put to sleep for ever or take part of a "Fight to Death" battle in the prison. If they survive then, they get another year to live while being incarcerated.
Each year on their anniversary date, they have to make the same decision until the day they die.
Thats it.

Keep abortion legal!
When it comes to the issue of abortion there may be many different views to the issue but I believe in only one, the right to abort. I believe it is a legal right to choose whether or not to keep the child that may be coming. Think in the position of the childs life, will the child grow up in a good environment? Will the child be well cared for? If the mother and/or father cannot afford to support this child then you have to realize that it is the best option to abort. Many people who think about this option are often faced with a tough decision. In my opinion as well there is a certain point where abortion can be classified as murder, if the baby has a heartbeat then in my opinion it can be murder which is wrong. But these women need to make this decision before it even gets to that point, it would be much easier and is the right decision under circumstances. Another circumstance that may classify as grounds for abortion may be rape, if these women go through such a terrible thing such as rape they have the right of abort.
One woman recently filmed her own abortion surgical procedure in hopes "to show that it wasnt scary ". The link to Emily Letts story is here: http://www.policymic.com/articles/88943/one-woman-destroyed-the-biggest-pro-life-myth-by-filming-her-own-abortion . Her story helps those women that may want and need to have an abortion, but back away because of the haunting feeling that may come with it.

WHEN IS IT OK TO END ANOTHER LIFE
My opinion to all three of the following topics are very mixed and I have always had difficulty deciding on Assisted Suicide, Abortion and Death Penalty. For all of them i have pro's and con's.
Assisted Suicide:
If a person is suffering from a terminal illness and the patient and their loved one's agree to assisted suicide then I'm all for it.
If a person is unable to made a decision for themselves (coma) then if they have a DNR (do not resist-ate) in file, i believe the patient should be placed to rest.
If a person is to point where they cannot take care of themselves, are a burden to others, they do not want to live anymore due to their terminal illness, then i think a physician should be found justified and lawful to assist a patient with suicide.
The only negative i have to say to Assisted Suicide is what if, there is a cure for their illness that is just not introduced in the United States or Approved by the FDA or what if after the Assisted Suicide is performed and soon after a cure is introduced (ex: new pill for aids, when before people believed that aids is not curable) how would loved ones of the patient feel about themselves wishing they had waited and now its too late.
Abortion:
I've always believed born or unborn, a life is present in this world and abortion should be treated as homicide for any healthy living baby.
If the child is growing in a rape victim or if there is a chance that keeping the baby could lead to some type of illness to the child or the mother or death, then abortion would be justified similar to assisted suicide.
Death Penalty:
Our death penalty system in the United States is screwed up in my opinion.
We should not hold someone in the prison for 10 or 20 years and then put them to death by injection.
I believe in eye for eye system. The same crime that you commit on others should be done to you this way you know how the victim felt when you committed the crime upon them and the public would know so they are deterred from committing the same crime on another human being.
On the other side, i think there are too many cases after spending half their lives in prison, an individual is found innocent of the crime that they were convicted of so I think we should make sure we have exhausted all possibilities of an individuals innocence or guilt before we get to the death penalty.
