Personally I believe that abortion and euthanasia should be legalized, but only in certain situations. I do agree with abortion but i wouldn't call people who disagree Nazi's, like the protester in the picture is doing. Everyone has their own beliefs.

Abortion is a very delicate subject when it comes to deciding when abortion should be considered morally right. In my opinion abortion should only be legal during the first trimester or if the woman has been sexually assaulted or the mother is at risk.

Euthanasia should be legal as long as the person is terminally ill or experiencing extreme constant amounts of pain with no foreseeable cure. It is the person's own right to decide whether or not they wish to continue living.

N.F.L. Gives $1 Million To Brain Researchers

The NFL extended a 1 million dollar offer to the Boston University School of Medicine's Center for the Study of Traumatic Encephalopathy. The School has decided that the donation is exactly what they need and there are no strings attached. The money will be put towards research on how long term football careers cause brain diseases. Doctors say the gift demonstrates the N.F.L's concern for their player's safety. The project seems to be leading to great medical advancements and will promote the safety of athletes.

The Constitution of Disneyland

Governmental Leaders- Strictly voted in by the people and nothing else

Powers- Our island is run solely by 1 dictator who is elected by the people. The people also may reserve the power to remove the dictator if he isn't performing.

Elections- Our dictator and governmental leaders will be voted in on a yearly basis but there terms aren't limited and may run as many times as they want.

Resolve Conflicts- Our island has a regular Fire Department and Police Department. We have a court system with judges who are appointed by the people, however the dictator may review court cases and decisions in the end.

Military- Our military will be like Israel where every able bodied citizen must serve 2 years.

Taxes- Every citizen must pay 1 dollar a day plus a 10% sales tax.

Our 50,000 island population grew restless and decided to migrate to California and take over Disneyland where we now rule. The motto we liked though and decided to keep, so it will remain "the happiest place on earth"

Law of the land

So here is our own adaptation of the 4th ammendment and how we see it should be.

Any authority wishing to enter or search your property or vehicle must first obtain a court issued warrant. Below are some extra stipulations that also apply.

• If an illegal activity is in plain sight of an officer he may use his discretion to invoke probable cause and perform a search.
• Any evidence obtained during an illegal search may not be used in court, also known already as the "fruit of the poisonous tree"
• Punishment for any illegal search will be a severe fine, suspension or in some circumstances expulsion from the force.
• If the sole witnesses in any search is officers only then there may be further investigation if requested.

Search and Seizure

For authorities to search your home they must have a warrant or probable cause. If they do not attain either they cannot enter you home LEGALLY. I firmly believe that if any officer(s) that do not abide by this that as a result should recieve a fine, suspension, or even the loss of their career. These consequences would seem more appropriate to those who dont agree if police came into and disturbed your home.
