Immigration

• Any immigrant who can pass through our immigration department will be allowed to enter. Immigrants must speak same English and must be willing to continue learning English, in order to better fit in with our society. Illegals will be deported. Immigrants must carry there naturalization papers. The monoans must learn how to conform to society in order to keep the peace or just remain peaceful and resist conflict in order to stay on our island.

• Immigrants must adapt or they will not be allowed to stay. The monoans must stop all terrorist activity or they will be kicked out. We will introduce birth control as a good concept and if they continue to have extreme ammounts of children they will be forced to fire a new place to live.

• If they don't adapt they will be kicked out. They will be allowed to keep most of their beliefs but they can not revert to extremism.

Search & Seizure

Any authority wishing to enter or search a person's personal property must first attain a court issued warrant.

If an illegal activity is in plain sight of an officer, by their discretion, can determine if there is probable cause and may perform a search.

Any evidence attained during an illegal search may not be used in court.

Punishment for any illegal search will be a severe fine for each participating officer, followed by suspension or expulsion from the force.

If the sole witnesses consist of only officers there must be further investigation, if requested by the prosecuted parties.

Abortion & Euthanasia

Abortion

1. Abortion in our country will be considered legal.
2. Abortions must be paid for out of pocket and will not be covered by any insurance unless the pregnancy was due to rape or incest.
3. Abortions must only take place at established clinics.
   
4. Abortions will only be allowed in the 1st trimester and will be based on the quality of life the baby will born into.
   
5. Women wanting abortions must fill out a lengthy questionnaire and establish why they wish to have the abortion.

Euthanasia

1. Euthanasia will be considered legal in Disneyland.
2. A physician must determine whether or not a person is worthy of assisted suicide.
3. Patients must be terminally ill or in an extreme constant amount of pain with no foreseeable cure.
4. Patient must give documented consent. If the person is in a coma or in a vegetative state the next of kin will give consent.
5. Our country will of facilities for end of life care.
6. Private health insurance may cover the cost of euthanasia.
   

Legalization?

In my opinion weed should have been legal from the beginning. There is really no danger in consuming this mind altering drug. There is really nothing to wrong with it. Some say it causes people to be drug addicts or be bad people, but really it just mellows people out and puts them a giddy state of being. Not only that but weed treats several illnesses today. Why would a medicine be illegal?

Excessive Police Force?

I found this video earlier today on You Tube and thought it would be a very interesting issue to share.

If 20 or so security guards cant catch a 17 year old boy then they really need to seriously think about training. The officer didn't even seem to think twice on his decision to taze the kid. He just saw that the kid was getting away and whipped out his tazer. It seems to be an extreme and the boy's parents should sue for police brutality.
