1.     in my group i strongly agree that everyone including myself did their fair share on the midterm presentation. concluding no one person in the group who did less than their fair share. following that each person nailed their task in the presentation, affected our groups performance greatly. since my group did such a great job i would have to put my contribution among the lest. on a scale of 1 to 10 i would rate my performance a 7 with the others in the group something higher.

2.      if i could i would not remove a member from our group, due to the fact that everyone in our group is doing a great job on the tasks. if i could  add someone to our group his/her characteristics would be just like everyone else in the group already, this person would just simply bring more information to the task at hand.

3.     basic workplace rules such as the following were important , because if someone in the group were to not do the basic rules everyone in the group would have a harder time making up for them.

          A. showing up 10. you have to be there to do the job.
          B. doing your fair share 7. if you don't do your share someone else has to.
          C. being on time 5. showing up late never looks good but could be manageable.
          D. communication 8. communication with others isn't always easy but is necessary to get the job done.
          E. conflict 8. taking care of the conflict between group members has never been a challenge for me.
          F. present 9. being present in the group without being detracted by other things is necessary to comprehend what is going on within the group.
