My humble opinion...

Yes, the tie is too short.

1. There will always be some variation in the workload of each member in a group, so though some may have worked more than others, I do not believe there is anything majorly wrong with it.  I would put my own workload towards the higher end of the scale, but I know everyone perceives their own contribution more than others do. Again, a tad higher than average, let's say 7 out of 10, but again, everyone's “7” is different so I take that into account.

2. At this time, or anytime really, would I feel the need to remove a member from our team. I also do not think we would need another person to help our current team accomplish any task better.

3. Most of these workplace rules were implied in our group and each are rated below in relation to importance, not quality, in our group:

A. Showing up---10
B. Doing your fair share---8
C. Being on time---10
D. Responding timely to email and communicating effectively with other members---5
E. Handling conflict among group members---4
F. Being present in the group---9

4. In order for a group to be effective, it must at least follow these five rules:

Be respectful
Keep an open mind
Ask relevant questions
Be persistent
Give it your “all”

I really enjoyed your groups presentation on the new arena. There was so much I didn't know about it that it honestly surprised me. I have generally followed the topic for years now but had never seen pictures of the new design and architecture. Very interesting topic and you guys did great!
